Another great thing about mobile taco cart catering is we can grill just about anywhere. Our entire cooking operation runs from propane and chaffing candles for rice and beans. Here we are at Green Valley Park in Fountain Valley enjoying a great day outdoors and a 90th birthday party!

Cabo Cart brought steak, chicken, and pork sirloin tacos to Dayna’s daughter’s birthday party on Saturday. The birthday girl turned five years old, so quesadillas were perfect for her and her closest friends. They are easy for kids to handle and always a hit. Of course the adults went for the fancier tacos and they were certainly a hit too.

Harry managed a surprise baby shower for his wife. Very nice.

William threw a Birthday Party for his girlfriend in San Juan Capistrano. The backyard was perfect for a kick back party with friends.
