John is the Executive Chef at Cabo Cart. He grew up in Southern California, attending Rancho Santa Margarita High School, then college years abroad at Franciscan University in Ohio for a Degree in Communications. John brings enthusiasm and expertise to each Cabo Cart party he goes, making sure down to the detail that everything goes off without a hitch.

Adam moved from Havasu to Orange County when he was eight, then did his high school years at Joliet West in Chicago. After college, he moved back to California to study Marine Science Technology and Dive Medicine at the College of Oceaneering in San Diego. He is certified in underwater welding and fabrication, a very good man to have on the grill.

HOMETOWN: Nottingham, England
FAVORITE CABO CART TACO: Vegetable
Robin grew up south of London and moved to the states after his formal education from the University of Southampton with a Bachelors of Science in Physics and Computer Science. Since moving to the States, Robin has established himself in the food industry and has his education working for him as a Drafter for a local engineering company. Robin enjoys Cabo Cart parties for the stimulating conversation, great food he gets to serve, and being able to get out of the office for some fun.

Taylor join Cabo Cart after learning how much fun Adam was having. As she’s attending Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, and working toward her Associates Degree, she is totally in tune with throwing fun parties for Southern Californians.
