Two 50th anniversary parties in one month, and both in Mission Viejo. Susan booked us for last weekend and she did a great job coordinating the entire party. The kids loved the jump-a-round and the adults loved the food.

TUI University in Cypress

The online school industry is booming as more people turn to the Internet for degrees in higher education. TUI University offers affordable, high-quality education and they are booming too. We served for 140 of the company’s staff at the nearby park and then the games broke out. It was a great afternoon.

50th Wedding Anniversary in Mission Viejo

What an occasion! This happy couple has been married for 50 years. (He still asks her if he can hold her hand). One person addressed the party and said,” To have a marriage be this successful, the woman needs to let her husband be whatever he needs to be, and then it’s her job to pretend he’s someone else.” Very funny. There was an amazing amount of jubilation in the air. The evening was filled with singing, dancing, a gripping piano performance, and shared memories from friends and family. Yet another great memory was made Saturday evening. The hosts and guests were so gracious that they even gave us a round of applause for our service. Thank you Colleen for allowing us to attend such a monumental event and to meet your wonderfully charming family.

50th B-day Party in Rancho Santa Margarita

Keady called us to celebrate her husband’s 50th Birthday. We setup in the cul-de-sac and the neighborhood was invited. It was fun for us because we were able to drive by our old high school at Santa Margarita. Once we were at the party, the neighborhood started rocking. Beach Birthday Party in San Onofre

It was a total surprise birthday party for Karly put on by her sister Kristen. When we originally received her party details from the Website and it said ‘Location = San Onofre” we had to go. We brought a Cabo Cart packed with chicken, steak and carnitas. Healthy food, pretty high surf, and a happy birthday girl make for a great Saturday afternoon. Here is the very flattering testimonial from the birthday girl, Karly:

My name is Karlynn Andrade. For the past 10 years or so, friends and family have been calling me by my nickname, “Karnitas”. To celebrate my 30th birthday, this same wonderful group of friends and family decided to throw me a surprise birthday party on the beautiful shores of San Onofre State Beach. A sun-filled, fun-filled day of surf and fiesta eventually made all the party-goers super hungry. Who would answer the call to feed our happy-peepy group of foodies?? Why, Cabo Cart of course!!

To stay in line with the theme of the day, a party for “Karnitas”, Cabo Cart came prepared to serve delicious carnitas tacos, of course…along with marinated chicken tacos…complete with all the fixings!! No skimpy portions here!! It was so tasty, I can say with certainty that everyone went back for seconds and thirds (I think one of my Uncles even went back for fourths!!) Our group also had the pleasure of meeting the two studly men manning the mobile taco cart:our new pals, Adam and John. They showed up on time, were very friendly and curtious, and truly contributed to the overall festive vibe of the occasion!! With a nickname like “karnitas”, I KNOW what good food is all about and can appreciate exceptional customer service when I receive it. That being said, the Cabo Cart crew definitely knocked one out of the park!! I will be happy to recommend them highly to anyone. Thanks again for being part of my special day!!
