Kristen threw a surprise 50th birthday party for her husband in Fountain Valley. We grilled lightly battered fish, marinated steak, and chicken breast tacos. Here’s what Kristen said about the day:

Having CaboCart in for my husbands surprise 50th birthday party was the best decision I could have made. The entire crew, from the first call to the clean up were a joy to work with. 90th Birthday Party in San Marcos

We were so happy to cater this birthday party. Here’s what the party thrower, Sue, said about the event.

I was looking to do something different in celebrating my mom’s 90th birthday and a family reunion for 60 guests, I started surfing the web and I came across Cabo Cart. In researching up on them, I was very impressed how accommodating they were in helping me answer all my questions. I give them an A+ stamp of approval.

We were of course hoping for sunny skies (go figure in Southern California) it rained most of the day. Plan “B” went into effect, the Cabo Cart chefs John and Jason showed up on time setting up in the rain and took all my stress away – they were awesome!

Everyone was in great spirits while our delicious steak, chicken tacos and quesadillas were prepared before us. I had also ordered the Supreme Selections which prices are very reasonable all in all. It was wonderful how they took care of everything, thank you Cabo Cart!

Our guest were very much impressed and thought the food was very delicious. I highly recommend Cabo Cart for any occasion; they will take care of all the details in serving great food.

Daniel threw a birthday party for his wife and called us to bring a Cabo Cart down to San Diego with all of the Cabo Supreme Selections. More than 50 guests feasted and wished a very happy birthday.

Ladera Ranch Birthday Party

Cabo Cart brought steak, chicken, and pork sirloin tacos to Dayna’s daughter’s birthday party on Saturday. The birthday girl turned five years old, so quesadillas were perfect for her and her closest friends. They are easy for kids to handle and always a hit. Of course the adults went for the fancier tacos and they were certainly a hit too.

Kathleen threw a party for her husband who turned 50 this weekend. Cabo Cart brought steak, chicken and sirloin pork tacos with all the supreme upgrades. There was lots of great food, lots of family and guests, and even a stand-up comedian! Great times.

Keady called us to celebrate her husband’s 50th Birthday. We setup in the cul-de-sac and the neighborhood was invited. It was fun for us because we were able to drive by our old high school at Santa Margarita. Once we were at the party, the neighborhood started rocking. Beach Birthday Party in San Onofre

It was a total surprise birthday party for Karly put on by her sister Kristen. When we originally received her party details from the Website and it said ‘Location = San Onofre” we had to go. We brought a Cabo Cart packed with chicken, steak and carnitas. Healthy food, pretty high surf, and a happy birthday girl make for a great Saturday afternoon. Here is the very flattering testimonial from the birthday girl, Karly:

My name is Karlynn Andrade. For the past 10 years or so, friends and family have been calling me by my nickname, “Karnitas”. To celebrate my 30th birthday, this same wonderful group of friends and family decided to throw me a surprise birthday party on the beautiful shores of San Onofre State Beach. A sun-filled, fun-filled day of surf and fiesta eventually made all the party-goers super hungry. Who would answer the call to feed our happy-peepy group of foodies?? Why, Cabo Cart of course!!

To stay in line with the theme of the day, a party for “Karnitas”, Cabo Cart came prepared to serve delicious carnitas tacos, of course…along with marinated chicken tacos…complete with all the fixings!! No skimpy portions here!! It was so tasty, I can say with certainty that everyone went back for seconds and thirds (I think one of my Uncles even went back for fourths!!) Our group also had the pleasure of meeting the two studly men manning the mobile taco cart:our new pals, Adam and John. They showed up on time, were very friendly and curtious, and truly contributed to the overall festive vibe of the occasion!! With a nickname like “karnitas”, I KNOW what good food is all about and can appreciate exceptional customer service when I receive it. That being said, the Cabo Cart crew definitely knocked one out of the park!! I will be happy to recommend them highly to anyone. Thanks again for being part of my special day!! Heck, my 31st birthday is just around the corner, right?? See you guys soon!
